This switch works pretty well for what I need it for. I like that it is very easy to setup. All I really needed to do was to plug and play basically with this device. It works with my modem without any issues and provides my modem/router additional plug ports. 

To handle it until we where able to get everything moved over to the new switches, I used this converter as a middle man until. It was easy to setup and was able to get them working in short time as this was a location we could not have down for hours.
